Free tech support for an occasional question when you can afford to wait for a reply.

To use the standard, free, tech support service send in your initial question via the form on this
page. We will reply typically within a working week. Thereafter you can use the email address of the
person who is assisting you.
Premium tech support
Fee-based service provided by a highly skilled and experienced controls engineer.
Based on pre-paid tokens
email for lowest cost: 2 tokens per 10 minutes of part thereof.
Telephone or Instant Messaging for one-on-one realtime dialog. 3 tokens per 10 minutes or part thereof.
Priority response, typically hours

To use the premium tech support service you must first buy pre-paid tokens. When you buy tokens
you will be emailed a voucher number, usually the next business day.
You should quote that voucher number in the subject line of all
emails. The first question should be sent using the form on this page. Thereafter you can
use the personal email address of the engineer who is assisting you.

They are intended to assist you with product-specific information. We provide a huge amount of free
educational materials, starting with programming mini-tutorials and "classic" help file in our
SPLat/PC programming software.
There is an interactive online training course and
several thousand pages of SPLat Knowledge Base, including well-described examples.

You can order your Premium support tokens here. For premium email support the charge is 2 tokens per 10 minutes or part thereof.
For telephone support the charge is 3 tokens per 10 minutes or part thereof. The token price drops sharply with quantity per purchase.
The token prices show are in US dollars for customers outside Australia/New Zealand, and in AUD for AU/NZ customers.
